Langham is located on The Yellowhead Highway ( Hwy 16) and is only 20 minutes from Saskatoon. This is a divided highway that merges with Circle Drive in Saskatoon. Saskatoon is home of Canada's biggest scientific research facility, the Canadian Light Source Synchrotron Project. It is located on the grounds of the University of Saskatchewan. We are drawing water from new wells and utilizing the brand new water treatment plant. The target of approximately 129 parts per million hardness or 7.2 grains per gallon has been reached. This plant is now providing water to the residents and businesses that is as good, or better, in quality than Saskatoon's water.
We have many commercial properties for sale as well as a new residential subdivision and our Town Staff is ready and able to provide you with any additional information.
